I personally would prefer to use its exile each opponents graveyard ability, but if you are desperate for a card, you can use the draw a card ability instead

If you are able to go wide on your board and flood it with toughness 1 creatures, then you can pretty much just pay 1 mana to draw 2 cards as much as you like

I have therefore placed it at number one on my list and over a card like Counterspell because of its versatility and over Force of Negation because it does not 2:1 oneself

Historically, we saw it sell for more when Brilliant Stars was fresh, and interestingly graded Gem Mint copies still fetch a premium (indicating collector demand)
